BACKGROUNDSouth West Ticketing Solutions Ltd (t/as The Ticket Store) understands that your privacy is important to you and that you care about how your Personal Data is used. We respect and value the privacy of all of our Customers and will only collect and use Personal Data in ways that are described here, and in a way that is consistent with our obligations and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”). South West Ticketing Solutions Ltd (t/a The Ticket Store) is the Ticketing Agent for The Plymouth Pavilions Ltd, therefore, will be required to share your Personal Data in order to fulfil your booking, and/or contact you for the purposes of Legitimate Interest.
1. What does this notice cover?
This Privacy Notice explains how we use your Personal Data: how it is collected, how it is held, and how it is processed. It also explains your rights under the GDPR relating to your Personal Data.
2. What is personal data?
Personal Data is any information about you that enables you to be identified. Personal Data covers obvious information such as your name and contact details, but it also covers less obvious information such as identification numbers, electronic location data, and other online identifiers. The Personal Data that we use is set out in Part 4.
3. What are your rights?
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights, which we will always work to uphold:
a) The right to be informed about our collection and use of your Personal Data. This Privacy Notice should tell you everything you need to know, but you can always contact us to find out more or to ask any questions using the details in Part 10.
b) The right to access the Personal Data we hold about you. Part 9 will tell you how to do this.
c) The right to have your Personal Data rectified if any of your Personal Data held by us is inaccurate or incomplete. Please contact us using the details in Part 10 to find out more.
) The right to be forgotten, i.e. the right to ask us to delete or otherwise dispose of any of your Personal Data that we have. Please contact us using the details in Part 10 to find out more.
e) The right to restrict (i.e. prevent) the processing of your Personal Data. f) The right to object to using your Personal Data for a particular purpose or purposes.
g) The right to data portability. This means that, if you have provided Personal Data to us directly and we are using it with your consent or for the performance of a contract, and that data is processed using automated means, you can ask us for a copy of that Personal Data to re-use with another service or business provider.
h) Rights relating to automated decision-making and profiling. We do not use your Personal Data in this way.
i) Further information about your rights can also be obtained from the Information Commissioner’s Office or your local Citizens Advice Bureau. If you have any cause for complaint about our use of your Personal Data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). We would however, appreciate the opportunity to deal with your concerns before you approach the ICO, so please contact us in the first instance. Please contact us using the details in Part 10.
4. What Personal Data do you collect?
We collect the following Personal Data:
4.1 Site Visitors If you are merely visiting the public areas of www.theticketstore.co.uk we do not collect any Personal Data about you. However, we may automatically collect information about your visits, such as browsing patterns. Information collected in this way does not reveal your contact details or any type of Personal Data. This information is only used in aggregate form to analyse, manage and develop www.theticketstore.co.uk and is not linked to any individual.
4.2 Email Subscribers and Purchasers If you register with www.theticketstore.co.uk we will collect and hold Personal Data about you when you register. The Personal Data collected by us will include your full name, e-mail address, postal address including postcode and your mobile telephone number. From time to time you may also be requested to provide other Personal Data which we will need to provide you with a specific service or request. This may include your credit card details, other information about yourself, your preferences or your experiences.
Your Personal Data is obtained from the following “partner company” The Plymouth Pavilions Ltd (t/a Plymouth Pavilions) and www.plymouthice.co.uk
4.3 Plymouth Raiders basketball games are live streamed events where footage is captured on approved recording devices within the main arena. If you are attending a game, personal data such as your image may be captured as part of the live recording process. Plymouth Pavilions is a 3rd party service facilitator in this process and the footage is managed and stored by the British Basketball League and its partner Synergy. If you have any questions regarding the footage and/or recording process please contact us and we will put you in contact with the British Basketball League directly.
5. How do you use my personal data?
Under the GDPR, we must always have a lawful basis for using Personal Data. This may be because the data is necessary for our performance of a contract with you, because you have consented to our use of your Personal Data, or because it is in our legitimate business interest to use it. Your Personal Data will be used for the following purposes:
5.1 Services: We will use all Personal Data, such as name, e-mail address, telephone number for the purpose of providing you with the services you have requested in accordance with the Conditions.
5.2 Marketing: From time to time, we may use your Personal Data, such as name and e-mail address, to let you know about special offers, other services and products.
With your permission and/or where permitted by law, we may also use your Personal Data for marketing purposes, which may include contacting you by e-mail with information, news, and offers on our products and services. You will not be sent any unlawful marketing or spam. We will always work to fully protect your rights and comply with our obligations under the GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, and you will always have the opportunity to opt-out.
6. How long will you keep my Personal Data?
Due to the nature of our business, your Personal Data will be kept as long as it is necessary to fulfil the service or product you have purchased, or until a request to be removed from our database is received under your Right to be Forgotten.
7. How and where do you store or transfer my Personal Data?
We may store or transfer some or all of your Personal Data in countries that are not part of the European Economic Area (the “EEA” consists of all EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein). These are known as “third countries” and may not have data protection laws that are as strong as those in the UK and/or the EEA. This means that we will take additional steps, in order to ensure that your Personal Data is treated just as safely and securely as it would be within the UK and under the GDPR such as requesting documentation confirming how they store, use and process Personal Data.
8. Do you share my Personal Data?
We may share your Personal Data with other companies in our group such as The Plymouth Pavilions Limited (www.plymouthpavilions.com) for marketing purposes. We may sometimes contract with third parties (such as Clients and Promoters) to supply products and services to you on our behalf. These may include payment processing, delivery, and marketing. In some cases, those third parties may require access to some or all of your Personal Data that we hold to fulfil your booking. These may include, and are not limited to:

• BOOKING PROTECT – for the purpose of fulfilling your booking protection, based in the UK.

THE RED HOUSE THEATRE for the purposes of fulfilling your booking. Based in the UK
• MRC Presents Sally Morgan for the purposes of fulfilling your booking. Based in the UK
• THE DUKE OF CORNWALL HOTEL for the purposes of fulfilling your booking. Based in the UK
• ALL OTHER NARPO HOTELS for the purposes of fulfilling your booking. Based in the UK
• SW1 for the purposes of fulfilling your booking. Based in the UK

• GM3 Music for the purposes of fulfilling your booking. Based in the UK

If any of your Personal Data is required by a third party, as described above, we will take steps to ensure that your Personal Data is handled safely, securely, and in accordance with your rights, our obligations, and the third party’s obligations under the law, as described above in Part 7. If any Personal Data is transferred outside of the EEA, we will take suitable steps in order to ensure that your Personal Data is treated just as safely and securely as it would be within the UK and under the GDPR, as explained above in Part 7. In some limited circumstances, we may be legally required to share certain Personal Data, which might include yours, if we are involved in legal proceedings or complying with legal obligations, a court order, or the instructions of a government authority.
9. How can I access my Personal Data?
If you want to know what Personal Data we have about you, you can ask us for details of that Personal Data and for a copy of it (where any such Personal Data is held). This is known as a “subject access request”. All subject access requests should be made in writing and sent to the email or postal addresses shown in Part 10. To make this as easy as possible for you, a Subject Access Request Form is available for you to use. Please ask us for one. There is not normally any charge for a subject access request. If your request is ‘manifestly unfounded or excessive’ (for example, if you make repetitive requests) a fee may be charged to cover our administrative costs in responding.

Google Analytics is Google’s analytics tool that helps website and app owners to understand how their visitors engage with their properties. It may use a set of cookies to collect information and report website usage statistics without personally identifying individual visitors to Google. 13. Sale or Merger
If www.theticketstore.co.uk is sold to or merges with, or if our business is sold to, merges with or enters a joint venture with another company not owned by South West Ticketing Solutions Limited, you should expect that some or all of the Personal Data collected from www.theticketstore.co.uk may be transferred to the buyer/surviving company. If so, we will seek to obligate the other company to use any Personal Data transferred from www.theticketstore.co.uk in a manner consistent with this policy, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to impose that requirement or that the acquiring company will comply.
