CASUAL TICKETING AGENT
Rate of Pay: £10.42
 
We are looking for a confident, outgoing person to join our Box Office team.

Based within Plymouth Pavilions, our sister company, The Ticket Store, provides an independent online and event face-to-face ticketing service to Plymouth Pavilions, and a growing portfolio of national event promoters.

We are looking for additional team members to work alongside our team within our Box Office. This role will be primarily evening shifts for events however may include some weekend afternoon shifts.

Our ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, great customer service skills and good computer skills. Experience of dealing with the public as well as being able to process tasks accurately are essential requirements.

Under the guidance of the Ticketing Supervisor, you will be joining an experienced team who will support you in your development and training in this role.
