Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
You have 2 years from the date of issue to use your Gift Voucher. If you don’t manage to use your Gift Voucher within this time, simply give us a call on 0845 146 1460 (calls cost 2p per minute plus your phone company's access charge) and we will extend its life for you (you will need to pay a £2.50 admin charge for this).
Gift vouchers can be used to purchase tickets only and not secondary items such as food or drinks.

To make any purchase whether in full or as part payment, you will need to enter or quote your unique voucher/redemption numbers that can be found on the Gift Voucher.
If you do not redeem the full value of your Gift Voucher in one transaction, the remaining balance will stay on your Gift Voucher ready for you to use in another transaction. We cannot redeem Gift Vouchers for cash so no change will be issued if you do not redeem the full amount in one transaction. If your Gift Voucher balance does not cover the full amount of a transaction you can pay the remainder on a credit/debit card.
Please keep your Gift Voucher safe and do not share your unique voucher/redemption numbers. Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for any misuse of Gift Vouchers and we will automatically accept them as payment from the first customer to quote the voucher/redemption numbers either online, over the phone, or in person without proof of purchase. Also, we cannot replace a Gift Voucher if lost or stolen so another reason to keep them safe!
