Since 2009, LAND OF THE GIANTS have been pulling crowds to tents to groove until they sweat with their foot-stomping beats and contagious enthusiasm. A brass section that will make you grin from ear to ear, a heavy toe-tapping bass line and Andy Quick’s sensuous, soaring vocals will make you wonder why you’ve never danced your socks off to The Giants before. In 2015, the Plymouth-based boys brought a brand new, funk-inspired EP to the table in the name of “Surrender”. A collection of high-energy summer sounds, with just a lick of calypso, that absolutely demand to be played at full volume out of your stereo.

The last three years have seen The Giants unrepentingly tour the length and breadth of the UK, spreading their fresh and accessible sounds to venues and festivals alike. From packed out stages at Glastonbury, Boomtown and Beautiful Days to rocking venues from Ireland to India, LOTG are well on their way to global domination. The six-piece collective scooped Best Band in the most recent Southwest Music Awards and have been tipped by many as one of the best emerging live bands in the country. So put your hands up, surrender, and get those dancing shoes on.

We have played every town, worked every job. Smiled at every upset. Cried at every joy.
We have been through more than most, but yet not enough.
Our music is for us now. To relieve the pressure and the pain.
We give it everything we have.
Enjoy it. Shout at it. Dance to it like you’re on an Instagram story and you’re pretending no one can see.
Dance like you’re in your bedroom and no one really is watching.
Dance like you’re in your car at the traffic lights and the cute person next to you catches you in the act.
This music is ours.
And this music is yours, if you want it.
Formed during a hazy weekend at a festival in Scotland.
Joining forces after differing incarnations.
A few jam sessions quickly spewed out what would become, Moriaty.

The Cabarats bring a new musical experience to the global underground, combining traditional Balkan and Middle Eastern sounds with lively reggae and ska. Using a collection of intriguing instruments such as accordion, oud, keyboard and brass, the band have dazzled a wide range of audiences from festival crowds and stages at iconic venues to private functions and community events.

After the successful release of their debut album 'Out of the Bag', the last two years have been an exciting journey for the rats.

The band appeared on one of the main stages at Boomtown Fair and gained the attention of BBC Introducing, performing on their stage at Looe Saves the Day.
