What time can I arrive at HMS Raleigh?
Audience members will be allowed access to HMS Raleigh from 18.45.
What documents do I need to present to gain access into HMS Raleigh?
You will need a ticket and one form of photographic ID per person in your party.
Can I park my car at HMS Raleigh?
Yes, car parking is available on the main parade ground at HMS Raleigh. Your vehicle details will be asked for as part of the ticket booking process.
What if my car details change before the concert?
Please call The Ticket Store on 0333 772 7727 who will be able to help with this amendment. Please note changes cannot be made after 1200 on the day of the concert.
What if I lose my ticket prior to the concert?

Are you able to accommodate wheelchairs in the Roebuck theatre?
We have a limited number of wheelchair positions available. Please contact The Ticket Store on 0333 772 7727 to discuss your individual requirements. Please note that these tickets cannot be booked online.
Is disabled parking available?
Disabled parking is limited at HMS Raleigh and is allocated on a first come:first served basis. Once the disabled bays are full, patrons can drop individuals at the theatre before parking their vehicle on the main parade ground.
Can I access HMS Raleigh on foot?
Audience members can access HMS Raleigh on foot. On arrival, your tickets and ID will be checked before being directed to the theatre by the uniformed guides.
Can I purchase a ticket to the concert on the night at HMS Raleigh?
Unfortunately, due to the security policy of the establishment, all tickets must be purchased prior to the concert. This enables all necessary details to be collated and submitted prior to the audience arriving. Any persons arriving without a valid ticket for the performance will be denied access to HMS Raleigh.
Are dogs permitted in the theatre?
Dogs are not permitted in the theatre, with the exception of assistance dogs.
At the Roebuck Theatre
What is the running time of the performance?
The performance will begin at 1930. The first half will last around one hour and there will be a 20 minute interval prior to the second half. It is expected that the performance will conclude at approximately 2200. Please note that the times above are subject to change and may vary dependant on programme.
Can we purchase refreshments at the theatre?
There is a bar which is open during the performance and also a diner selling coffee and other soft drinks and snacks. Please note that audience members cannot bring food or drink back into the theatre. The bar and diner are both open to the Ships Company of HMS Raleigh, so please expect to see uniformed personnel in these areas.
Can I choose my seats for the performance?
You will be able to choose your seats during the online ticketing process, or by discussing your requirements with The Ticket Store. Please note, tickets are allocated on a first come first served basis, and cannot be reserved.
Is the band shop open on concert nights?
The band shop will be open in the foyer of the theatre before the concert, during the interval, and after the performance. The shop sells CD’s, DVD’s and other Royal Marines Band Service and Royal Marines memorabilia. Unfortunately at this time the shop can only receive cash or cheques for purchases; we do not have the method for taking card purchases. A limited selection of our stock is available for purchase from this site, allowing you to pay by card in advance and simply collect when attending the concert.
I have purchased ‘Click and Collect’ merchandise. Where do I collect this?
Audience members who have purchased Click and Collect merchandise will be able to collect this from the band shop in the foyer of the theatre before the concert, during the interval and after the performance. Please bring your confirmation of purchase and also the card you used to purchase the items so we can ensure you get your items.
Can I buy tickets for other Roebuck Theatre concerts on a show night?
Ticket purchases must be made through The Ticket Store. We do not operate a box office on show evenings. Please note, tickets are allocated on a first come:first served basis, and cannot be reserved.
Can I buy season tickets for the Roebuck Theatre concerts?
Unfortunately we do not offer season tickets for these concerts.
I wish to hold a raffle at one of the concerts. How can I arrange this?
At each concert a charity will run a raffle to raise funds for their designated charity. To be considered for this, please submit your request in writing to: The Roebuck Theatre Concert Manager, RM Band Plymouth, HMS Raleigh, Torpoint, PL11 2PD. If selected to hold a raffle, all details required will be discussed between you and the Concert Manager. Please note, tickets can no longer be purchased through, or reserved by, the Concert Manager.
Is there suitable access for wheelchairs?
Wheelchair access is via ramps into the ground floor level of the theatre.
Is there a cloakroom at the theatre?
Unfortunately we cannot offer cloakroom services at these concerts.
Can I stay at HMS Raleigh for refreshment after the concert?
Unfortunately all audience members have to leave HMS Raleigh on completion of the concert due to the current security policy.
How do I recover lost property from the concerts?
The Roebuck Theatre is thoroughly searched on completion of the concert and any lost property will be handed to the Concert Manager. Anyone discovering they have lost items at the concert can contact the Concert Manager on 01752 811376 so we can ensure any lost items are returned to you. Please note, tickets can no longer be purchased through, or reserved by, the Concert Manager.
